All-star weekend
Hey fans out there whether or not ur 4 the nuggets, I hope all-star was a lot of fun. It felt good 2 give back and see the responses that u guys gave us. We appreciate that. There was love in New Orleans, I'm proud 2 say I look at Katrina Victims as heroes. Even tho I didn't finish the game, I cheered every minute and every possession. I enjoyed watchin as fellow Jordan brandmates Smooth (Joe Johnson) and CP3 held it down. It was great 2 be apart of the Brand Jordan donation 2 the community of Slidell. I hope all is well and I appreciated the chance 2 be there. Each experience is special and I know the importance of youth recs and boys and girls clubs around the world. If it wasn't 4 them, the NBA as it is and generations of all-stars 2 come will be victims not only of katrina but 2 the streets. Here are some pictures of some of the work I did down there with NBA Cares. Much love 2 New Orleans. I know it is tough but the climb and spirit is remarkable. How bout the all-star M4's wow, u only got a brief look but what u did see u must say, they were right. Now back 2 the whole purpose of all-stars -- well, at least me, my team. We are here and 2 win so let's kick it into high gear. I need the fans out of their seats making noise every possession appreciating what we r giving every night on the court, and us giving our efforts, feeding off that electricity that built the game. To my family, friends, colleagues, fans, sponsors, and Hood Movement. That's my crew Holding Our Own Destiny that goes 4 Katrina Victims, and each and every other city that is struggling we feel u. Keep look out cuz if every one stops 2 think and put down the guns, violence, and hate, we can control our destiny. So even tho Hood Movement is me, Draper, TY, Munch, and Kenny, it is also u bcuz u control the destiny of urself, and our children are the future. Its a movement as is the nuggets. Stay tuned.

U r still playing Melo basketball and that is really a good thing and still awesome 2 see but Melo honestly, do U really think yall need RON ARTEST......for real. Nothing....... I know (with regrets) has anything 2 do with me except the fact that I am a "Serious" fan but I do luv being a Nuggets fan, and I adore being a "Melo" fan but an Artest fan....... and with the Denver Nuggets.........not happening. We've been through 2 much 2gether 2 add Ron Artest 2 the mix right now. If U could maybe persuade them 2 get Mike Miller, that would b good. I grow real tired of hearing commentators putting any and every1 above the Nuggets and saying they don't play enough defense 2 win games or get 2 the finals. I know U believe n your team and most importantly, U believe n yourself.....now is the time for every1 else 2 see the Denver Nuggets take that next step. And now that U have that confidence and the team has that confidence "We Believe" starting now..........the real Denver Nuggets will.........."STAND UP"

I was at that game Melo and talk about a good ass game and crowd. Huge crowd of both Nugget and Celtic fans at the Pepsi Center. So made for a even better night of rumbling on the court as well as in the stands. Mad props to ya'll for beatin them and doing it at home. If ya'll can finish out the rest of the season into the play offs like that that would be the shit!!

Because you need to pass, stop traveling, and play defense.
We aren't and shouldn't be playoff contenders. I'm a 100% nuggets fan and it pisses me off to see we let a good team go to waste.
Appreciate what u did for New Orleans, cuz i live in Louisiana, but f--- all that, we need to be serious. We are the laughing stock of the NBA. We are the West Coast New York Knicks.
We have some players on the Nuggets who need to GROW UP. AND STOP THINKING THEY ARE SUPER HEROS WHEN THEY GET THE BALL. Aka you, Kenyon, and J.R.... You guys can't dunk on everybody, and you all three contribute alot of turnovers.
Jesus, sometimes I ask myself why am I a devout 100% Nuggets fan when you guys continue to let us down. We don't deserve 2 be in the playoffs. Fact is, we don't give a damn.
We are the team that gives players career-highs and the Lakers toy with us.
We struggle against weak squads from the East.

I am not trying 2 b a critic or anything but U remember when U said on the Kimmel show that while U were suspended U had time 2 sit back and see what we actually see as fans watching the games and U could appreciate what we felt....that's kinda how it is now. I just can't see a complete and total effort right now...not the kind of effort a team trying 2 make the playoffs would give. If U have 2 score 50...score 50 if U have 2 (as a captain) call the team 2gether and tell them that every1 need 2 get 2gether on the same page.....do whatever it takes 2 b that team that all your fans know the Nuggets r capable of being. We r not your enemies/opposition....we r all n this 2gether.......we just want our team 2 win....2 b contenders....2 b the Nuggets that our roster show that we r. Is that asking 2 much?
And why is Marcus taking 3 pointers.... what is going on with that?
U Melo, knows better than probably any1 on that team except T.G. (Gators), what it takes and what it feels like 2 win a championship. We as fans celebrated that with U then and we want 2 do the same now that U r n the NBA. By the way did U know Beasley broke your Freshman double-double record?
Nevertheless Melo I love seeing U and the Nuggets win and get the credit U deserve but right now U're getting none and that's not a good thing. I am always tuned n and with U (and the Nuggets) and that's why I stay connected with all that's going on and what's going on at this moment is not what and where we need 2 b.2nite is as good a time as any 2 start 2 prove first 2 yourselves that the Nuggets r true contenders and every1 else will see for themselves.

What it do Melo. I was thinking about you prediction and comparison to the super Bowl champs and I must say it was brave of you to make that statement before the super bowl but you were right. I am really enjoying the return of JR Smith he is doing well encourage him. Tell AI for me I never got a Chance to thank him when he was In Philly he got me and my brothers some tickets It was great, and to meet in back court after the game I wont ever forget that. Now with that out of the way let me say nice pic with you and the kids any opportunity to give back fills ones heart soul and mind big up to the NBA. I'm all for gold in Denver and I still feel that the Nuggets can get it done. Lets say breakout and blowout rest of the season think about that breakout and blowout one.

WHY NOT ASK AI IF HE WANTS TO TRY BEING POINT FOR THOSE GAMES AGAINST THE TALLER SCORING GUARDS SO YOU CAN PUT JR / DIAWARA or even KLEIZA on SHOOTING GUARD? THAT WAY AI IS THE ONLY SMALL GUY ON THE PERIMETER.
SAMPLE STARTING 5:
C: Camby
SF: Melo
PF: K-Mart
SG: JR / Diawara / LK43 (Have them focus on Defending the Scoring Guard)
PG: AI (Virtually guaranteed win if he gets more than 10 Assists)
Just a thought. I have a lot of these but I am unsure if you read them Melo, or consider them for that matter.

from the story, man I know you try to get the ref's attention when the foul or non foul is still fresh, but that's one of the bad parts of your play that's not entertaining and not productive, because it leads to easy transition points for the other team.
Spend like not even a split second thinking about the injustice and just get back, steal or rebound the ball or something, and play offense again. The other team is sayin', "Hey this guy is chatting with the ref, let's go get 2 more" Yeah, there are too many non-calls.....but there's a lot of points being scored off those non calls....too many to allow to happen any more.Gonna come out Friday. All you Nuggets fans come out to Pepsi. We need more noise than Monday night for these boys to get juiced and get a win streak goin' - come on out

People r quick 2 say at a certain point, there is a sense OF urgency.....well I think every1 n the West now knows everygame has a sense FOR urgency. The game vs the Pistons was played like there was a sense FOR urgency and it was definitely played like a team trying 2 make the playoffs. Right now the bottom line is 2 play "Smart Basketball" and I know U know what that means. We have got 2 keep playing 2 win and win 2 keep playing. Its not just that each game is so important.....each possession of each game is important. If yall keep playing good defense and I know the offense is there yall will make it for sure. "Change the things U can........ accept those U can't." The referees aren't sympathetic at all, and I really don't see that changing anytime soon. What U think?
