Florida State has been in the middle of a back-and-forth affair with Clemson on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers got out to a 10-0 lead but the Seminoles were able to respond to cut into the deficit prior to halftime.

After tying the game up early in the third quarter, Florida State looked to its defense to get a stop. Unfortunately, the unit gave up a quick touchdown drive as Clemson retook the lead. The offense couldn't get much going on the ensuing possession, punting back to the Tigers and putting the spotlight on the defense.

It wasn't a great start for the Seminoles as Phil Mafah went rumbling for 46 yards to begin the drive. However, the defense responded with a big play.

Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik dropped back to pass but failed to account for a blitzing Kalen DeLoach. The redshirt senior linebacker drilled Klubnik, forcing a fumble before scooping it up himself and rumbling 56 yards for a defensive touchdown. That marked the first turnover for either time in the contest and Florida State's first defensive score of the season.

With that being said, there is still plenty of work to do for the Seminoles. Clemson is back on offense with a chance to go back in front as the beginning of the fourth quarter arrives.
